Jigsaw Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 28, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Z & E Technologies Incorporated ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Jigsaw mobile game (the "Service"). The Service displays interstitial ads between levels. We do not sell personal information. We also use limited advertising-attribution data to understand whether Facebook and Instagram app-promotion campaigns lead to installs and App Store purchases.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to create and recover game accounts, synchronize progress, operate gameplay and leaderboards, calculate and deliver rewards, fulfill in-app purchases, send notifications you have enabled, serve and measure ads, honor advertising consent choices, prevent invalid ad traffic, measure the aggregate effectiveness of our app-promotion campaigns, understand which features are used, diagnose crashes and errors, improve reliability, prevent duplicate transactions and fraud, troubleshoot the Service, and maintain security.

4. Sharing

We share information only as necessary with Apple, infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, or legally authorized entities to operate the Service, process App Store transactions, deliver notifications, serve ads, maintain security, or comply with law. We use Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to process usage, diagnostic, and notification-delivery information, and Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform to serve ads, collect consent choices, measure performance, and prevent invalid traffic. We also use the Meta SDK to attribute app installs and automatically logged App Store purchase events to Facebook and Instagram campaigns. The current configuration does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or collect IDFA, so attribution is limited and may be delayed or unavailable. We do not use the Meta SDK for Facebook Login, in-app advertising, or cross-app retargeting. Learn more from Firebase Privacy and Security, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and Account Deletion

You can delete the current player account from Settings → Delete Account. The deleted account can no longer be used, and the next launch creates a new account. Records reasonably necessary for legal compliance, transaction disputes, security, and fraud prevention may be retained. Retained records are not used to continue gameplay or for advertising.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate guardian consent, contact us using the details below.

7. Security and Your Choices

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. You can change your nickname and avatar in the game, control notifications, sound, and haptics in Settings, use Ad Privacy Choices where required to review advertising consent choices, or delete the current player account at any time. You can also disable notifications in iOS Settings.
