How to play
Find exactly one animal in every row, column, and colored region. Animals cannot touch, even diagonally. Tap a space to mark an X, swipe to mark several spaces, or double-tap to find an animal. New players start with a guided tutorial.
A Hint explains a possible next step. Auto Find reveals an animal on the current board. These tools are optional.
Animals, progress, and medals
- Animals you find are added to your collection when you complete the board. Animals placed on the board at the start do not count. Skipping a board does not add animals.
- Collect enough of one animal to unlock the next friend. The locked card on the home screen shows the requirement. Animals marked Coming soon are not yet playable.
- You can choose from the animals you have unlocked. They share the same level progress; completed levels cannot be replayed.
- Your unfinished board is saved so you can continue later. Contact us before deleting the app or your account if you have a progress problem.
- Open Medals on the home screen to view requirements, earned medals, and available medal levels. You can equip an earned medal beside your avatar.
Weekly Tournament
The Tournament entry shows the level required to unlock it. Complete new boards to earn points; skipped boards do not earn points. Rankings include computer-controlled opponents. Open Tournament to check the current standings, the previous week's results, and available rewards.
Connection or loading problems
An internet connection is required for account setup, level loading, synchronization, and online features. If a screen stops loading, check your connection, use Retry when available, then close and reopen the app. Medal images also require a connection when they are first loaded.
When contacting support, include your Player ID from Settings, the app version, your device model, and a description or screenshot of the issue.
In-app purchases
Tap the coin bar or the plus button on the home screen to open the Shop. Coins, Hints, Auto Find boosters, and bundles are consumable purchases. The app does not offer a subscription.
If Apple has charged you but the items have not arrived, reopen the app with an internet connection. Pending delivery will retry without another payment. If the items are still missing, contact us with your Player ID, the product name, and the Apple transaction receipt or order number. Do not send your Apple Account password or payment card details.
Consumed items cannot be restored through Apple's Restore Purchases feature. For a refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem service.
Sound, haptics, and notifications
Sound and haptics can be changed in the game's Settings. Notifications are optional. Use iOS Settings to manage notification permission for the app; if notifications are delayed, check Focus and Scheduled Summary settings.
Delete your account
Open the game's Settings → Delete Account and confirm. The current account becomes unusable and its local account state is reset. Your next session starts with a new anonymous account and the tutorial. This action cannot be undone; do not use account deletion to troubleshoot a loading or purchase problem.

动物、进度和勋章

- 找到足够数量的前一种动物，就能解锁下一位朋友。首页锁定卡片会显示解锁要求，标记为“敬请期待”的动物暂时不能游玩。
- 可以自由选择已解锁的动物。所有动物共用关卡进度，已完成的关卡不能重玩。
- 未完成的棋盘会保存，方便下次继续。如果进度出现问题，请先联系我们，不要直接删除应用或账号。
- 在首页打开“勋章”，可以查看获得条件、已获得勋章及各等级目标，也可以选择已获得的勋章佩戴在头像旁。
每周锦标赛
锦标赛入口会显示开放所需的关卡。完成新的棋盘可以积累积分，跳过棋盘不计分。排行榜包含系统对手。打开锦标赛页面，可以查看本周排名、上周成绩和待领取奖励。
连接或加载问题
创建账号、加载关卡、同步进度及使用在线功能需要网络连接。如果页面加载停滞，请检查网络；有“重试”按钮时可以点击重试，也可以关闭并重新打开应用。勋章图片首次加载也需要网络。
联系我们时，请附上“设置”中的玩家 ID、应用版本、设备型号，以及问题说明或截图。
应用内购买
点击首页金币条或加号即可打开商城。金币、提示、自动寻找道具及组合礼包都属于消耗型购买项目，游戏没有订阅服务。
如果 Apple 已扣款但物品没有到账，请在联网状态下重新打开应用，未完成的发放会自动重试，不会再次扣款。如果仍未到账，请联系我们并提供玩家 ID、商品名称和 Apple 交易收据或订单号。请勿发送 Apple 账户密码或银行卡资料。
已经消耗的物品无法通过 Apple 的“恢复购买”功能恢复。如需申请退款，请使用 Apple 问题报告服务。
音效、触感与通知
音效和触感可以在游戏“设置”中调整。通知是可选功能，可以在 iOS 系统设置中管理本应用的通知权限。如果通知延迟，请检查专注模式和定时推送摘要。
删除账号
打开游戏“设置 → 删除账号”并确认。当前账号将无法继续使用，本地账号状态会重置；下一次进入会创建新的匿名账号并开始新手教学。此操作无法撤销，请不要用删除账号来处理加载或购买问题。
